MEMBERSHIP DEFINITION: Membership in CPAT is available to the Canadian Commercial or Post Production community as defined by the four established membership categories: 1) Production House Member: Production Companies engaged primarily in the business of producing commercials for television and/or the internet. 2) Post Production Member: Post Production Companies engaged primarily in the business of post producing commercials for television and/or the internet. 3) Supplier Member: Vendors who provide equipment and/or services primarily to the commercial production and/or commercial post production industry. 4) Freelance Member: Individuals engaged primarily in the provision of services to the commercial production and/or post commercial production industry on a freelance basis. FEES: Production House Member entitling me/us to five (5) Voting Shares and one full year's membership in CPAT. In exchange for the voting rights afforded me, I agree to remit to CPAT upon receipt of invoice, a cheque in the amount of $2,500.00 plus HST.

Production House Member - 1st Year of Business Production companies in their first year of business receive a 50% scaled fee on a CPAT Production House Membership. Entitling me/us to five (5) Voting Shares and one full year's membership in CPAT. In exchange for the voting rights afforded me, I agree to remit to CPAT upon receipt of invoice, a cheque in the amount of $1,250.00 plus HST.

Post Production Member entitling me/us to three (3) Voting Shares and one full year's membership in CPAT. In exchange for the voting rights afforded me, I agree to remit to CPAT upon receipt of invoice, a cheque in the amount of $1,500.00 plus HST.

Post Production Member with AICE Membership Post Production Members that have an AICE Membership receive a scaled fee of $500.00 plus HST. Post Production Members with AICE Membership entitles me/us to three (3) Voting Shares and one full year's membership in CPAT. In exchange for the voting rights afforded me, I agree to remit to CPAT upon receipt of invoice, a cheque in the amount of $500.00 plus HST.

Freelance Member entitling me to one (1) Voting Share and one full year's membership in CPAT. In exchange for the voting rights afforded me, I agree to remit to CPAT upon receipt of invoice, a cheque in the amount of $150.00 plus HST.

Supplier Member entitling me to a one year membership in CPAT. I agree to remit to CPAT upon receipt of invoice, a cheque in the amount of $1,000.00 plus HST.
